The property they buy are "futuristics" and "emerging"
We don't do that.
We only invest in established neighbourhoods we know
That already have a proven rental market
and we have a good plan to rent them out.
So we are not hoping FOR the price to go up BECAUSE we make money when we buy!
For this to happen, you need to have a rental strategy and also be able to buy at a low enough price
(Hint : Now is pretty low)
